1. About Us

2. Our Products

All products shown on the site are subject to availability. We will inform you if a product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

The lash and brow serum results varies on each individual but will show results with daily use from four weeks plus.

 

3. Personal Information

We will only use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available to view on our website. Please read carefully as there are important terms which apply to you.

4. Consumer Age

You may only purchase Products from our site if you are at least 16 years old.

5. Consumer Rights

As a consumer you have legal rights in relation to purchase of our Products. Nothing in these Terms will affect your rights.

6. Product Pricing and Payment

The prices (including VAT) of products are displayed in pounds sterling (£) on our website. We use our best efforts to ensure that prices are correct at any time.  The price of our products does not include delivery charges and details of deliveries is included in section 7 of these Terms. You can only pay for Products using a debit card or credit card, or via PayPal. All details entered on our site use a secure page and are transferred using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for additional protection.

7. Delivery

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there is an event outside our control. If that is the case, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us and you will own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. To check our delivery charges, please refer to the Deliveries section of the website. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by and Event Outside Our Control. This means any act or event beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Refund

SA-LIH (Zeyn Ltd) will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original condition, once purchased you will have 14 days to return.

No refund will be made for products that have been opened and used.

9. Other Information On Terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.

This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

Please note that these Terms are governed by English Law. This means a contract for the purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English Law. You and we both agree to that the Courts of England and Wales will have non – exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Norther Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
